Expert Video Instruction

  • The project was to create an instructional video for a college on different audio tools within Adobe Audition. Each tool must be completed within 60 seconds while maintaining instructional integrity.

  • The target audience for this project is anyone that needs to learn how to use Adobe Audition to improve their audio production.

  • The objective of this project is to teach the learner these seven different tools in Adobe Audition:

    1. Remove Sound with Paint Brush

    2. How to Remove Pops and Clicks

    3. Remove Background Noise to Denoise

    4. Remove Background Noise – Advanced

    5. DeReverb  

    6. Remove a Specific Sound

    7. Repairing Clipped Audio

  • For this project, the research began with the project requirement. The training need was to teach audio production techniques to students in a quick, efficient manner. This project was formatted as a training podcast and I used cognitive load management in the delivery of the training to keep it clear, concise, and small enough to make the micro learning easy for the audience.
